The lack of project management in the municipality of Presidente Figueiredo has consequences
for work safety, which has been a notorious case of inapplicability of engineering sector norms,
causing risk to the operation being performed as well as to all involved. Therefore, this article
proposes the search to detect errors and thus improve efficiency through indicators that can be
followed by companies, since it is common knowledge that management still presents itself
erroneously in the civil sector.
