This project intends to elaborate a computer program that will constitute the results of research
and the educational difficulty level of the riverside population of Paraná, in the Municipality of
Careiro da Várzea, advising the teachers and students with a regional language and easy to
know, highlighting traditional learning in a participatory way. With a perception of construction
management, the techniques used in the activities will be used to manage the stages based on
knowledge of PMBoK v4.
